1. Institutional & Financial Documentation

Active SACCO Settlement Account: Provide exact Account Title and Number.
Completed SACCO Membership Form.
School Pay Onboarding Form.

2. Legal & Regulatory Records

[Optional] Certificate of Incorporation/ Trading License / Registration Certificate.
[Optional] Memorandum and Articles of Association.
[Optional] Statement of Particulars of Directors.
[Optional] Form 1: Notice of beneficial owners' particulars.

3. Identification & Profiles

Director/Headteacher ID: National ID for Directors (Private) or Headteacher (Govt).
[Optional] Professional Profiles / CV of Directors/Head.
School Branding: High-resolution School Badge.

4. Student Data Enrollment

A comprehensive list initialized in the prescribed format:
