Core Onboarding Requirements

1. Institutional & Financial Documentation
  • Active SACCO Settlement Account: Provide exact Account Title and Number.
  • Completed SACCO Membership Form.
  • School Pay Onboarding Form.
2. Legal & Regulatory Records
  • [Optional] Certificate of Incorporation/ Trading License / Registration Certificate.
  • [Optional] Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  • [Optional] Statement of Particulars of Directors.
  • [Optional] Form 1: Notice of beneficial owners' particulars.
3. Identification & Profiles
  • Director/Headteacher ID: National ID for Directors (Private) or Headteacher (Govt).
  • [Optional] Professional Profiles / CV of Directors/Head.
  • School Branding: High-resolution School Badge.
4. Student Data Enrollment
