Member deposits 50% of the total asset value needed. Cash is paid directly to the asset seller by the SACCO.

Covered Enterprises: Crops (sweet potatoes, Irish potatoes, passion fruits, beans, maize, matooke) & Livestock (cattle, piggery, goats, poultry). Includes a grace period of up to 3 months with interest.
SACCO members looking to acquire land or plots for residential or commercial development.
Member deposits 50% of the total land value needed. Funds are disbursed directly to the land seller.
